Barrels

Barrels need to match the calibre of the round used by the receiver. They effect the muzzle speed, accuracy, weight, size, and maximum effective range of the weapon system. Longer barrels typically increase accuracy and maximum effective range. They can also have a series of options to them such as fluting.
